The insinuation here is that you can simply only apply these transparency codes to the inventory to be sold on Amazon and nowhere else. THIS GOES DIRECTLY AGAINST AMAZON'S TERMS OF SERVICE. Anyone suggesting this to you is misinformed. In our opinion, it's playing with fire.

If your brand has a history of a lot of counterfeit goods being sold on their listings online, then Transparency codes are a viable solution to this, because that is their intended purpose and why Amazon started this program in the first place. If you use transparency codes how they are supposed to be used, it will eliminate any counterfeit products from your listings, however it will not remove any 3P sellers.
